The Program

The Strength After Sixty (SAS) program has demonstrated improved strength, increased bone mass and functional capacity in older aged adults. It is a system that could revolutionize senior fitness training and save billions of dollars in medical expenses annually. There is great potential in this program for all of those involved including improved health, longevity and financial reward.
SAS is currently being offered as a consultation service only (or personal training if you are in the Baltimore area). We are also looking to partner with independent living retirement communities to pilot the program. For more information fill out the form below.
